Complaint from Nicholas Mc Kibbin Sumter, SCalmost 4 years agoAbsolutely terrible. Sent out by American Home Shield, told home owner they needed to order a part, that was back in September, still don't have heat. AHS says they were told the job was completed. Don't answer their phones, horrible customer service. Hopefully this complaint gets me a phone call.
